How to make Masala peanuts in a microwave

Here I will show you how to make masala peanuts in a microwave in less than 10 minutes.





Ingredients:
1. Peanuts (raw)           1 cup
2. Gram flour               1/3 cup
3. Salt                           1/2 teaspoon
4. Chili powder            1/2 teaspoon
5. Garam masala          1/2 teaspoon
6. citric acid                  pinch
7. Garlic powder          1/2 teaspoon
8. Baking soda              2 pinch
9. Oil                             1 table spoon
10. Water

Procedure:
1. Mix gram flour, salt, chili powder, garam masala, citric acid, garlic powder and baking soda  in a bowl .
2. Pour water in the cup with peanuts, let it soak for 10 seconds an.d strain.
3. Add the wet peanuts to the mixture in the bowl and mix well making sure all the peanuts are well coated.
4. Sprinkle a little water at a time and mix to ensure where is no dry flour in the bowl.
5. Add the oil and mix again.
6. Place the mixture on a microwave safe plate and separate them.
7. Place the plate in the microwave and set the timer at 4 minutes high heat.
8. Remove from the microwave, mix and check if they are crunchy, if not return it in the microwave for  2 more minutes.
9. Let it cool and serve.
