Rosemary potatoes(boiled)






For this dish, you will need:





Ingredients:

1. Medium sized potatoes
2. Rosemary about 1 tablespoon
3. Salt to taste
4. Water


Procedure:

1. In a sufuria bring the water to boil
2. Add the potatoes, rosemary and salt to the boiling water
3. When the potatoes are cooked evenly, remove from the heat, sieve the water and serve

This dish can be served with fish, beef, chicken, turkey or even egg curry
